We apply to world class universities in different countries on your behalf and ensure that you get an a offer of admission. We have several partner institutions and we guarantee that at least one of them will accept you.

Proof of Funds

Financial documentation is a key component of visa applications. We assist you in acquiring meticulous proof of funds, ensuring that your financial statements meet the stringent requirements of immigration authorities, contributing to a successful visa application.

Consultation

You can book an appointment to have an online or offline appointment with our expert consultants who will listen to your story and advise you on the best course of action to take. This incudes recommending a suitable program and university for you based on your future career aspirations and goals, as well as equipping you with all necessary information to get you started.

All consultations (online and offline) booked with Astral Trail are PAID. Kindly note that consultations are only offered on weekdays.

Visa Processing

While we cannot ethically guarantee a 100% visa approval for any country, we are committed to assisting you in obtaining all the necessary documents to facilitate a smooth visa application process, thereby increasing your likelihood of approval.

It is advisable to initiate your visa application promptly upon receiving your admission offer and invitation letter. The approval time for study visas varies, ranging from two weeks to 6 months, depending on the country. Therefore, submitting your application sooner rather than later is recommended. Your proactive approach to the application process enhances your chances of a successful outcome.

Settlement Upon Arrival

Upon the request of our clients, we arrange for settlement support services in collaboration with the destination universities to help them easily adapt upon arrival. These services include things like airport pickup, student buddy assignment, assistance with tuition and accommodation fee payments, visa extension, medical checkups, insurance policies, job search, survival tips etc.

This service package has helped numerous Astral students settle comfortably in their destination countries within a week of arrival. The advantage of this is that they can worry less and start reaping the benefits of their investments in choosing to study abroad sooner rather later.
