As we strive to promote fairness on both parts and satisfy all our clients, we advise that you read carefully through this policy and familiarize yourself with your rights. You are encouraged to review your options thoroughly before engaging our services as complaint due to any negligence on your part will not be attended to.

Astral Trail WILL NOT MAKE REFUNDS in any of these case(s):

1. In the case where clients make voluntary withdrawal: the consequence of the decision to withdraw from the process for personal reasons such as family problems/conflict, marriage, business, job, change of heart, or any other reasons after the commencement and the payment of the initial deposit and other required fees will rest solely on the applicant/client. Once work on your application has commenced from the point the first payment is made, voluntary withdrawal for whatever reason will equal forfeiting all payments already made.

2. In the case where a visa is denied: while we do our very best to ensure that all requirements and stipulations for visa applications are met, the final decision still remains with the Consular/Visa officer. Therefore, Astral Educational Consults will not be held responsible for the denial of a visa, neither will we be liable to make a refund.

Astral Trail will make a PARTIAL REFUND of the processing fee ONLY in the following case(s):

1. In the case of the death of the principal applicant: while we understand that this might be a difficult time for the family members and friends of the deceased, we have to protect the integrity of our agency and service by requesting necessary evidence to support a refund claim based on this reason. The affected parties are entitled to a partial refund of up to 50% of the amount already paid to engage our services. Astral Trail reserves the right to make changes (either to increase or decrease) to this amount on a case by case basis.

2. In the event that Astral Trail makes a voluntary withdrawal: the consequence of the decision to withdraw from the process for whatever reason will be cushioned by a partial refund to the applicant of up to 70% at the discretion of Astral Trail.
